- Read Scripture. The words of the Bible offer timeless wisdom. When I feel lost or unsure, spending time with Scripture brings incredible insight. It reminds me of core truths and helps me align my actions with a higher purpose.
- Journal Your Thoughts. Get everything out of your head and onto paper. When I used to struggle with overwhelming thoughts about my habits, journaling helped me untangle them. Don’t filter yourself; just write. You’ll often find answers hidden in your own words.

Finding clarity is an ongoing process, not a destination. It’s about being intentional with your thoughts, your habits, and your actions. I’m still on this journey myself, always learning and adjusting.
